Queer Capita is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization for LGBTQ+ and Allied professionals in the music industry. With over 1,000 professionals in our network employed by more than 200 companies, Queer Capita has grown into a diverse community of veteran and rising talent in the music industry.
Our Board of Directors develops programs, resources, media, and events that support the professional development and career advancement of our community members.
Queer Capita launched in New York City in 2021 and has since expanded its national footprint to include Los Angeles, Nashville, Austin, San Francisco, Oakland, and Charlotte.
