Giving Tuesday is a global movement that encourages charitable giving and acts of kindness on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving in the U.S., after Black Friday and Cyber Monday. It unites individuals, nonprofits, and businesses to support causes they care about and inspire generosity worldwide.

Each year, Queer Capita serves over 2,000 LGBTQ+ music industry professionals and aspiring professionals. Your contribution will enable our non-profit to provide free access to safe spaces for LGBTQ+ music professionals, professional development resources and programs for our members, and community building and mentorship opportunities and initiatives. Queer Capita is entirely run and operated by volunteers on our Board of Directors and Advisory Board. If you’d like to help, but don’t have the financial means to donate, we are currently seeking volunteers to help us research and apply for grants, produce our in-person events in NYC and Los Angeles, and perform graphic design and photography services. Supporting The Ally Coalition

The Ally Coalition provides critical support for organizations dedicated to bettering the lives of LGBTQ youth and raises awareness about the systemic inequalities facing the LGBTQ population. If you’d like to roll up your sleeves and help our friends at TAC, they are seeking volunteers to help at The Center in NYC on Thursday December 12th, and Friday December 13th.
